Product Description

Each loan will be funded by a separate pool of investors subscribing for a separate class of Units, The Manager’s main objective is to achieve consistent, above average returns. The Manager intends to generate these yields primarily by Mortgage-backed Loans sourced through its Australia-based network of brokers and  customers.

The Manager intends to:

•     Provide lending solutions (normally quick turn-around loans) to suitable borrowers with cash requirements not well served by traditional lenders;
• ŸLoans are secured by the Trustee holding a Mortgage over real estate; and
• ŸEnter into lending transactions that have a defined exit strategy, which the Manager views as being reasonable.
