Product Description

Investors will contribute money into the Windsor Capital Diversified Mortgage Fund, where it will be used for individual underlying loans secured primarily by first ranking or subordinated registered mortgages over real estate.

Investors will be kept informed of the progress of the Fund as a whole, but not necessarily of individual loans. Investors will not have any interaction with borrowers or be registered as security holders.

The manager’s main objective is to achieve consistent, above average returns for investors when compared to the rates of interest paid by banks in relation to term deposits or similar products.

Targeted returns will be in line with the term of an investor’s investment in the fund, with longer investment terms attracting higher targeted returns.

Windsor Capital intends to generate these yield primarily by mortgage-backed loans made by the Trustee as lender to third party borrowers.
