Chrish is the Group Managing Director and founder of the firm in 2010 and has over 20 years experience in financial services with an extensive track record across real estate investments. Chrish is responsible for overseeing the group’s activities, setting the strategic direction of the business, as well as building and enhancing relationships with the firm’s clients and investors. Chrish is a member of the Windsor Capital Investment Committee and is the Chief Investment Officer for the various Windsor Capital debt, equity and real estate funds. Chrish Holds Diplomas in Financial Services and is a member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Steven brings over 30 years of professional experience working with ASX-listed companies, US multinationals, and SMEs across various sectors, including property development, construction, mining, and financial services. In the past decade, he has been instrumental in funding residential and commercial projects exceeding $500 million, managing the entire development process from acquisition to handover. Steven holds a Master of Applied Finance, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance, and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, and is a qualified CPA.

Robert brings more than 10 years of extensive expertise in corporatefinance, commercial lending, capital raising, and investor relations,demonstrated through his successful tenure in senior management positions withinprominent ASX-listed companies. Throughout his career, Robert has spearheadedcritical strategic investment initiatives, including business transformations,major acquisitions and demergers, and successful debt and equity raisingventures. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce, aGraduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting, and a Diploma of Finance &Mortgage Broking.

Robert has over 30 years of experience in Accounting. Having worked for a number of Australia’s recognized brands in the past, Robert moved into public practice in 2002. Robert is a member of Windsor Capital’s compliance and audit committee and is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants. Robert holds a degree in Bachelor of Accounting.

Hailey brings years of experience in marketing, specialising in strategic brand development, digital marketing and customer engagement. With a strong foundation in business and marketing, supported by a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, Hailey has successfully led impactful campaigns and developed innovative strategies that have enhanced brand presence and customer loyalty. Her expertise spans market analysis, content creation, and digital transformation, helping businesses achieve significant growth and long-term success.

Tiffany has years of diverse experience in data entry, customer service, technical estimating, and administrative support. She excels in managing large volumes of data with accuracy, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating across teams to ensure smooth operations. Skilled in CRM tools, AutoCAD, and reporting, she is adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and delivering precise outputs under minimal supervision. With a bachelor's degree in Architecture and certifications in drafting and design, she combines technical knowledge with strong communication and organizational skills to support business efficiency and client satisfaction.
