Chrish is the Group Managing Director and founder of the firm in 2010 and has over 15 years experience in financial services with an extensive track record across real estate investments. Chrish is responsible for overseeing the group’s activities, setting the strategic direction of the business, as well as building and enhancing relationships with the firm’s clients and investors. Chrish is a member of the Windsor Capital Investment Committee and is the Chief Investment Officer for the various Windsor Capital debt, equity and real estate funds. Chrish Holds Diplomas in Financial Services and is a member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Robert has over 25 years of experience in Accounting. Having worked for a number of Australia’s recognized brands in the past, Robert moved into public practice in 2002. Robert is a member of Windsor Capital’s compliance and audit committee and is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants. Robert holds a degree in Bachelor of Accounting.

Leslie has 7 years of experience in sales, business development and lead generation. She has a talent for identifying potential clients, building strategic relationships and creating effective outreach strategies that drive revenue growth. Skilled in using data-driven techniques, she consistently maintains a strong pipeline and conversion rates. Additionally, Leslie has experience as an executive assistant, excelling in organisational and administrative tasks to support smooth company operations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Research, equipping her with strong analytical and communication skills to inform her business strategies.

Hailey brings over 4 years of experience in marketing, specialising in strategic brand development, digital marketing and customer engagement. With a strong foundation in business and marketing, supported by a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, Hailey has successfully led impactful campaigns and developed innovative strategies that have enhanced brand presence and customer loyalty. Her expertise spans market analysis, content creation, and digital transformation, helping businesses achieve significant growth and long-term success.
